Dominate Player Versus Player with this Hunter PvP Guide

Playing a Hunter class character in World of Warcraft PvP requires some of the skills of a real hunter. You need to be able to quickly pick out a target and understand its likely behavior so you can anticipate its next move. You also need to know your own capabilities and the capabilities of your gear. And you need to be able to maneuver into the optimal position to take on your target without becoming a target yourself.

However, in Hunter PvP combat, there are issues that no real-world hunter has to deal with. Understanding the optimum time to employ your Freezing and Frost Traps and essential crowd control devices is one thing. You need to know how to maintain the ideal distance between you and your opponents to cause the most possible DPS damage in each fight. And you must do all this against a foe who is trying just as hard to out-think and out-maneuver you as you are to do the same to him.

To truly succeed in Hunter PvP combat, you need to know the strategy and tactics for killing each class of opponent. It’s particularly important to understand how Druids, Warriors, and Rogues are most likely to approach you. You also need to have a strategy for countering quick charges into hand-to-hand combat range by Warriors and Rogues.

You can learn much of what you need to win as a Hunter in PvP simply by spending time in the arena. But from my own personal experience, if you try this you can expect to get crushed and humiliated for a long time. You don’t want to know how many hours I spent at the bottom of the standings in the arena before I finally started getting the hang of it. Once I started reading a Hunter PvP Guide, I was able to make real progress.

Even if you do decide to learn the ins and outs of Hunter PvP combat yourself, you’ll find that a quality PvP Guide will contain strategies and tactics that are not obvious to newer players. In short, a good PvP Guide will save you vast amounts of time and energy you would otherwise spend on trial and error.

Rule Player Versus Player Combat Using this Mage PvP Guide

Playing a Mage in in WoW PvP (Player versus Player) combat has a special feel. I mean admit it. Didn’t you dream of having magical powers? The ability to use magic is one of the hallmarks of modern fantasy. Mage characters live and die by the way they use mana and your knowledge of the strengths and vulnerabilities of the types of characters you go up against in combat.. So while playing a Mage can be an incredible experience, this class can be very hard to master.

Any good Mage PvP Guide will tell you that if you want to be successful in PvP combat, you have to know your opponent and understand their strengths and weaknesses. This is especially important for Mages, because all you have is your magic and wasting your mana with the wrong strategy will likely mean a quick death. Run out of mana, and you are essentially helpless. The standard tactics that you’ll find for free online, or in low-quality PvP Guides suggests hammering whatever comes your way as hard as possible as early as possible to keep them away.

But that advice is too simplistic. Here’s one example of an exception to that general rule. Frost Mages have powerful defenses in their Ice Block and Frost Nova spells. That means they are much more robust than the usual caster, and don’t have to worry about dying the second their opponent gets close to them. Clearly there’s more to playing a Mage than just blasting away indiscriminately at anything in sight.

Truthfully, while Mages can be highly effective in PvP, they are among the hardest of all classes to master. With so many approaches to try, a Mage PvP Guide is truly a wise investment for turning your Mage into an effective PvP combatant. The kind of knowledge you’ll find in a Mage PvP Guide is particularly useful when going up against a class like the Warlock, which sometimes are tweaked specifically for assassinating Mages. And thanks to the Wrath of the Lich King (WOTLK), life has changed for Mages. You absolutely must have a PvP Guide that accounts for these changes to have any hope of rising into the elite.

Even if you do decide to learn the ins and outs of Mage PvP combat yourself, you’ll find that a quality PvP Guide will contain information that you’re unlikely to discover on your own. In short, a good PvP Guide will save you a big block of time you would otherwise have to spend dying in battle before you become skilled at PvP combat.

Rule Player Versus Player Combat with a Paladin PvP Guide

WoW Paladins are a schizophrenic bunch. On the one hand, they’re almost as good in hand-to-hand combat as Warriors. On the other hand, they can heal themselves and others like Priests do. This schizoid behavior carries over into World of Warcraft Paladin PvP combat, meaning that you really need to understand both sides of your character’s personality to dominate player versus player combat.

Given their two-sided personality, it’s no surprise that a Paladin can play a few different roles in player versus player. In duels, a Paladin’s ability to heal themselves can frustrate their opponents to no end. With a full load of mana, Paladins can use their self-healing abilities to recover from almost any level of damage once or twice. In effect, their healing abilities let them absorb triple the damage you might otherwise expect. In other words, a smart Paladin with mana available to use will still be standing long after they “should” be dead. In a group, A Paladin will often end up in a support role, fighting when necessary, while also providing bubbles, blessings, heals, and combat support wherever it is needed on the battlefield. This is a role that a skilled Palading will excel at, making them valuable assets for any party.

But the Paladin class has its shortcomings too. A Paladin’s mana supply is always limited, and once it is gone, so are many of this classes advantages. Even when their mana reserve is full, Paladins can have a terrible time drawing close enough to Hunters and Mages to even be able to hit them! The 2 secrets to winning battles as a Paladin are understanding the best ways to use your limited mana supply in various circumstances, and knowing how to fight each of the opposing classes. As with any class trying to master PvP combat, figuring out what you need to do by personal experience is a long, slow, bloody process that involves lots of dying on your Paladin’s part.

Avoiding that long and bloody stuff is where a Paladin PvP Guide comes in. The best guide will give you a detailed blueprint for fighting against each other character class. But it will give you much more that that. It will let you learn just about everything you could ever care to know about fighting and winning with a Paladin in each PvP environment, whether dueling or as part of a group.

Druid, Use This PvP Guide to Dominate Player Versus Player Combat

Fighting PvP as a Druid offers many options and opportunities, along with a lot of complexity. Druids are very tough to kill in the arena, and are unaffected by many of the crowd control techniques used by the opposition. With their varied abilities, including being able to heal, fight like a Warrior and even change forms, they can play any role in PvP. Unfortunately for you, that very versatility makes Druids prime targets, and makes Druid PvP play especially interesting.

Thanks to Druid’s varied abilities, they have a different optimal strategy for combating each class of opponent. That’s right, the best Druid Player versus Player players know and use 9 different strategies, one for each type of opponent they face. And of course, you also need to be able to adapt your Druid’s strategy to account for the strengths and weaknesses of your allies. There’s a lot of information to master, but there are major advantages to doing so.

Many people believe that Druids have the best talents for 2v2 arena play. Some would argue for the Rogue, but the Druid adds more depth and variety to 2-person teams. A well thought-out Druid using strong strategy and tactics can own most any opponent in duels, and lead a top-tier 2v2 arena team. And of course, these same attributes make Druids great additions to most 3v3 or 5v5 teams.

That’s the up side of using a Druid. But they do have weaknesses too. To be the best in PvP, you’ll need to understand your character’s weaknesses and be able to compensate for them. Choosing the right gear goes far toward minimizing those weakenesses, once you understand how to choose it. You can learn all this on your own, if you’re willing to make a major investment of time.

Or you can invest in a PvP guide that contains the distilled wisdom of the top Player versus Player competitors. If you have a life outside the gaming world, you need a Druid in PvP guide. The ultimate Druid Guide will teach you what you need to know fast, and assuredly contains information you would never stumble on by yourself.

Use a Shaman PvP Guide to Dominate in Player Versus Player Combat

If you have been playing a Shaman in WoW, you know just how versatile your character is. That flexibility translates into impressive abilities in PvP combat. Think of it: ripping up the enemy with Windfury while your totems make their life miserable and keep you safe from harm. If you know what you’re doing, Shaman PvP combat is incredible fun. The downside to your Shaman being able to do so many things is that there’s a significant learning curve you need to conquer to become good at player versus player combat.

What makes playing a Shaman difficult to master is the same thing that makes it so much fun once you do learn: all those totems. The Shaman class has a bunch of elemental specs with more than 30 different totems between them. For example, the Grounding Totem which disrupts attacks while Earthshock interrupts them. And some of them are very specific as to which class they are effective against, like Poison Cleanse which removes poisons as they are cast. Depending on which totem your Shaman uses, they can dispel attacks, keep Rogues out of combat, absorb the Warrior’s Intercept, and stop those cowardly Hunters from running away. There are totems that are effective in virtually any situation.

In other words, your success as a Shaman in PvP depends on how you use your totems. Get this right and you’ll dominate the battlefield. Get this wrong and you’ll spend a lot of time eating dirt. One of the big issues is that you can only create so many totems so fast. If you don’t know which to cast when, or you don’t know how to keep them up while using your mana efficiently, your Shaman will run out of mana and totems while the enemy is still standing. If that happens, expect death to follow shortly.

Do you see now why a quality Shaman PvP Guide should be at the top of your shopping list? In a quality guide, you’ll learn which totems to use against which opponents. You’ll learn how to use your totems effectively against each type of opponent and how to maintain your Shaman’s health and mana while holding your own against whatever danger comes your way. It will show you the best way to take on every type of opponent in one on one duels. And it will show you ways that your Shaman can best fit into a 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5 team.

Because a quality PvP Guide incorporates experience earned by veteran players in hundreds of hours of bloody combat, it will contain secrets that won’t be obvious to newer players like you. It will include all the key information you need to know, and save you the time it would take to learn everything on your own. Why spend weeks at the bottom of the pile, with no clear strategy, unsure about what totems to use against which opponents, and getting crushed by more experienced players when buying a Shaman PvP Guide will make you competitive fast?

Use a Warlock PvP Guide to Dominate Player Versus Player Combat

Playing a Warlock class character in WoW Player Versus Player combat makes you a powerhouse, especially Arena play. Warlocks are downright nasty to fight against. With their ability to literally curse other classes to death, Warlocks are often feared, even hated, in Player versus Player combat. But they’re not indestructible, and are vulnerable to any class of opponent, provided that opponent knows how to counteract the Warlock’s abilities.

It’s pretty easy to play a Warlock in PvP. All you need to do is lay a bunch of DoT (Damage Over Time) spells on your poor victim, then keep casting Fear on them until they fall over dead. Simple and brutally effective, if you do it correctly.

Being a Warlock, you can also suck mana right out of other characters for your own use. You can even regenerate your own health. And if you want, you can make life particularly miserable for other spell casters by siccing your Felhunter on them. In short, a well trained Warlock can defeat any other character class.

That said, if you don’t know what you’re doing, your Warlock is going to be dying fast and often in PvP. Warlocks can’t attack or defend themselves without magic, so they are at the mercy of any character that is able to drain their mana, remove their curses, or resist their fears. Knowing how to deal with such frustrating opponents is crucial to victory as a Warlock. It’s when learning each enemy’s strengths and weaknesses that a quality Warlock PvP Guide will transform your game.

So while Warlocks are incredibly powerful, they will go down before certain opponents if they don’t know the proper strategies and tactics. A quality PvP Guide helps you to acquire those strategies and tactics, based on the combat experience of other Warlocks who have already mastered them. Without such a Guide, you’re doomed to many hours of experimentation and endless deaths while you try to figure out what you need to know yourself.

For example, if a Priest succeeds in draining most of your Warlock’s mana, it will be very hard to retaliate. Also, Priests and Paladins have dispel abilities which allow them to remove your curses, taking away some of your most potent weapons. To succeed against the better opponents, you need to know what each class will do against your Warlock, as well as how often they can use their counters against you.

A good Warlock PvP Guide will answer these questions for you. In general, your best bet to being successful with a Warlock in PvP is to go into combat with a set of preplanned tactics that you will adjust on the fly, depending on the situation.

This is why getting yourself the best Warlock PvP Guide is so important. In a quality Guide, you’ll learn what and when to cast against each class, how they are likely to attack you, and how to respond to their attacks. You’ll learn what to do against each class in solo duels, and what to do as part of a 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5 team.

Because a top notch PvP Guide incorporates the hard-earned combat experience of veteran Warlocks, it will contain strategies and tactics that are not obvious to newer players. It will teach you the most important things to know, saving you a big block of time you would otherwise have to spend dying in battle before you become good at PvP combat.

Dominate Player Versus Player Combat with a Warrior PvP Guide

Playing a Warrior class character in World of Warcraft PvP seems straightforward. Find the enemy, then pulverize him! But it isn’t really that simple at all. Let me explain.

Not surprisingly, Warriors excel at dealing massive amounts of physical damage to anything they get close to. What catches people by surprise is that good Warriors are more concerned about dealing with spellcasters than they are about losing a sword fight. The reason for this is simple. Only Paladins and other Warriors can survive in hand to hand combat with a skilled Warrior. But everything changes if their opponents have powerful magic on their side.

In truth, Warriors don’t get many opportunities to duel against other Warriors in the arena. Any decent PvP player knows that they stand little chance in close combat against a Warrior, so they don’t engage. Warriors often end up fighting spell casters and ranged fighters like Hunters. And that kind of combat definitely requires sound tactics, as well as a solid understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent.

The biggest concern for a Warrior tends to be how to get into melee range of the opponent. The other classes know better than to get you get too close, and will be doing everything they can to stay out of your range. To close the gap on the cowards, you will need to understand and effectively use specialized skills like Charge at the start of battles and Intercept to close the gap while in battle. Once close, your Warrior will need to use other skills like Hamstring and Intimidating Shout to stop the worms from fleeing as you load up on rage and hit the opponent as hard as possible.

Further complicating things is the way that casters and ranged fighters can prick you to death long before you get near them. For this reason, you must learn how to use your defensive stances and spell reflects, master the timing of Intercept and Hamstring, while always being to unload as much damage as possible when you get the chance. A quality Warrior PvP Guide will provide you all the information you need to do just that.

A quality Warrior PvP Guide will show you how to defeat the other character classes in those situations where weapons skill and sheer combat power aren’t the deciding factor. An effective Guide will teach you how to take on your opponents on your own terms and how to counteract ranged and casting fighters. A top-notch Warrior PvP Guide will also show you the proper use of your rage and crowd control abilities, enabling you to catch and dismember your foes.

In addition, because a quality PvP Guide incorporates the hard-earned combat lore of veteran Warriors, it will contain strategies and tactics that you wouldn’t likely discover on your own in any reasonable amount of time. With such a Guide you will learn the key things the most successful Warriors need to know, without your having to expend vast amounts of time on trial and error learning.

Find out how your Warrior can dominate the PvP battlefield and score above a 2200 honor rating in as little as 38 days with the PvP Bible. 3 Neglected Keys of World of Warcraft PvP Success

WoW Player versus Player combat is one of the best and exciting parts of the WoW experience. The interaction with the other people on your side is terrific fun, and once you start getting good at it, well it’s a complete blast. But when you PvP combat] it is confusing and sometimes frustrating. And even if you’ve been competing for some time, it’s possible to lose track of the basics. I’ve been there. Particularly once you’re having success, you can easily get caught up in the action and forget some of the basics that got you where you are now in the first place.

So let’s talk about 3 basic tactics that every good Player versus Player (PvP) gamer needs to know and apply whether you’re new to this whole player versus player thing, or are already kicking butt at a high level in WotLK.

First, you need to be able to heal yourself. Your job in the party may be to terminate the enemy, and you may have healers along to take care of messy details like keeping you breathing, but when the crisis hits, and you have seconds to live, you had better have some potions and bandages for emergencies. Do you really want to die because the healer you were counting on was helping someone else, used up all his mana, or got called away by his mommy when you needed him most?

Second, learn about macros. Learn how to make them, then make them for all your key actions. Then use them! When you’re surrounded by crazed enemies and life is on the line, speed will mean the difference between life and death. Once you create and become skilled with macros for your special abilities and important spells, you’ll have a massive advantage over people who don’t use them.

Third, remember that you need to defend as well as attack. This is where getting wrapped up in the slaughter can really cause issues. What use is it if you capture a base or take a flag, then lose it right away because everyone took off and forgot to protect it? The blood lust driving you to hunt down and slaughter one more foe can be almost irresistible, but sometimes the best thing you can do for your self and your side is to defend your gains rather than going on the attack.

Master these 3 fundamentals, and apply them consistently, and you’ll be a better, more popular PvPer. Still, information like this, and even your own massive skill will only get you so far. To really rule in PvP, you’re gonna need help.

To advance to the highest levels of player versus player combat, you need to learn from the experience of the best. You can either try to find a mentor in the game who will teach you, or you can invest in a PvP Guide. The best PvP guides include much more than basic information like in this article. They are filled with specific, detailed information and guidance for each and every type of character. That information comes from the top PvP gamers , people who have already done it all with their own characters. The best PvP guides gather and organize the information for you, along with providing updates whenever a new patch like WotLK comes out.

If you want to dominate WoW PvP, you need to invest in the best guide. Go to http://PvP-Bible.info to learn more about that guide.

World Of Warcraft Mage Guide

WoW Mage Guide – Levels 21-30

If you decided to become a frost mage, by the time you’re in your twenties, you will be able to get Improved Frost Nova, which is a excellent leveling and grinding talent for Area of Effect techniques.

While you’re in the 20′s, you’re still not at your high leveling potential as a mage, since you’re missing a few critical talents that make this class such a fast leveling one. So you will have to pretty much tag along with what the others classes do at this point, alternating between quests and grinding in area’s such as Redridge Mountains and Wetlands (level 22ish zones) for Alliance mages, or the lower parts of the Barrens (20-24) for Hordes. These are still faction zones, but your next target, Ashenvale (23-26) is a battled area so if you’re on a player versus player server you will get a upfront taste of what its like to player versus player as a mage (you will probably[/spin} lose since like I said, mages fulfill their potential as they gain levels, unlike some other classes that get a great start but a slower as Shadowfang Keep (22-30 – closer to Horde areas but available to both Horde and alliance) and the Stockades (24-32 found in Stormwind, only available for Alliance mages) open up for you in the mid twenties, and you should really grind Shadowfang Keep, since it has some amazing mage cloth drops. The Stockades on the other hand is a good experience area, since the mobs there, although elites, are weaker and can be grinded faster.

At level 25, test a Blackfathom Depths runs and make sure you take all the quests that can be completed inside it (or just ask your party members to share them to save you some running). The offer some terrific cloth gear, but it’s a bit long and boring after the first try.

A few great AOE grinding spots at this level range include:

Hillsbrad Fields in Hillsbrad Foothils – you can aoe peasants and farmers here quite easily and it’s one of the first aoe experience area’s out there.

Thousand Needles – Highperch Wyverns – good clusters, nice experience.

Raven Hill Tomb – Duskwood – Plague Spreaders can be quickly aoe grinded and dish out a fair amount of experience. Actually, Duskwood is a good AoE area all round.

Your following instances when you come to level 28 should be Razorfen Kraul (Horde) and Gnomeregan (Alliance). Of course, both factions can enter each instance, but with the Razorfen Kraul located in the south of the Barrens and Gnomeregan located near Ironforge, it’s a long and risky walk for an opposing side group to get there .
