Answer:
get avast free edition and run the boot time scan after installation(program will ask you) NEVER use 2 antivirus programs at the same time

do free game websites give you a virus?

Answer:
Some. You might have the sasser blaster worm. Download, install, update and scan your computer with both Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware, delete anything they find, if this fails to completely remove the virus/spyware download then update Avast and run a boot scan (click schedule boot-time scan and restart your PC), all the software below is free and safe to use. Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php SuperantiSpyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/download… Avast Anti-Virus: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.ht… To protect your PC in the future you’ll need to install anti-virus software and a firewall, id recommend using Avast and Comodo Pro firewall both are very effective and completely free, you should also switch to Firefox 3 if you are browsing with IE as its much safer and a lot easier to use. (links on my profile) If you are unable to download the above software then its likely you are being redirected or blocked from downloading security software by a trojan hidden in your device manager follow the instructions below and you should be able to download Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware which will remove your virus. start > run > type: devmgmt.msc > enter > view > show hidden devices > non-plug and play drivers > in the list of drivers look for the following, right click and disable any that appear in your list: TDSSserv.sys TDSSxyz.sys where xyz are random characters Clbdriver.sys, Gaopdxserv.sys, Seneka or Seneka.sys Restart computer. Remember never download anything thats recommend by a pop-up.

I didn’t install an antivirus on my comp. and now it’s infected. I’ve tried so many a-virus but they dont work?

All the anti-viruses ive tried have been installed, but when they get to the update section (which you need an internet connection, which i have, the virus blocks it. So the update scan, the virus eliminator, and all forms of virus removal don’t work. And it’s the same thing with all anti-virus programs. So now the virus is in control, it takes ages just to get on the internet, it blocks all my games, and nothing works properly. Help???

Its likely you are being blocked by a trojan called TDSSserv.sys follow the instructions below and you will be able to download Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware which will remove your virus. start > run > type: devmgmt.msc > enter > view > show hidden devices > non-plug and play drivers > TDSSserv.sys > right click > disable > restart computer.
