say i buy a computer, and it comes with Windows Vista 9…does that come with microsoft office. like windows, excel, powerpoint… all of that? im a student and that is really important to me… thanks so much! Im so computer illiterate!

No, but unless it specifically says it is packaged with that computer. Normally you have to buy it separately.
